An Admission of Failure?

Lofty Donkey has the scoop on Mitchell's latest press release.

In a recent letter, Hayworth stated:

"It's outrageous that the nation's leaders have done
nothing to secure our borders or to safeguard Americans

from any future attacks.

"We no longer control our own borders. Instead they are
controlled by alien and drug smugglers.

"I am embarrassed that I, as a
leader, am partly responsible...."

(emphasis mine)

Yes, J.D. You should be embarrassed and ashamed. Your empty, offensive rhetoric does nothing to help the debate or foster a real solution for America and for immigrants. In fact, it does the exact opposite, impeding efforts for serious reform. Good to hear we're on the same page.
